About this artwork
Solar wind. We have heard this phrase many times, but what does it mean? The answer of physicists will be unequivocal - a stream of ionized particles (mainly helium-hydrogen plasma) flowing from the solar corona at a speed of 300-1200 km / s into the surrounding space. It is one of the main components of the interplanetary medium. But I'm an artist! How does this make me feel? I know that in space the light of our star is white, but in my fantasy… it is golden. Planet-flowers blossom in this stream. From the deep black velvet of the cosmos, at the touch of this life-giving stream, beautiful fragments of life bloom. Large and small planets, with and without life. After all, it is only in our minds, everything is biological, this is life. But it may be otherwise... A crystal lies on the surface of a distant planet and waits for the long-awaited solar wind to nourish it with life-giving force.
Ginsburg, an artist trained in pen & ink, aquarelle, and graphic design, now specializes in acrylic painting. She blends expressionist abstraction with impressionist landscapes and Art Deco influences, using unconventional tools and materials like leaves and dried flowers. Her artworks radiate emotion, portraying her personal sensory interpretation of the world; a meadow becomes a melody, a sunset, the spicy scent of summer fields.
