But the actual climb, the brutal, aching work of pulling yourself up - that’s yours alone.
And after that… the void comes.
A strange silence where chaos… used to live.
An open space once filled with guilt, fear, and patterns of self-erasure.
No one tells you how lonely it feels at first.
To have peace and not know what to do with it.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
That emptiness?
It’s not a loss.
It’s a beginning.
It’s fertile ground.
And now, every day, I plant something new.
Boundaries. Kindness. Stillness.
A life rooted in care.
