About this artwork
In this original work, I sought to translate the impossible and the ephemeral, the answer. Passing through the triad, I propose "yes" "no" and "maybe", three colorful evocations that emerge like contemporary landscapes. Each panel represents a unique and abstract answer, a silent dialogue between emotion and thought. This unique creation was worked with oil colors and the central part of each painting benefits from material effects made with a knife.… It is a celebration in color of the complexity of human feelings, this set is designed to dispense a vibrant energy and offer a benevolent meditative space. For the installation of this triad, I advise you to leave a space of 5cm between each canvas (which will make a total width of 229cm).
"Live the questions now. Perhaps you will come to live little by little, without realizing it, one distant day, the entry into the answer" (Rainer Maria Rilke).
« The colors are the living notes, of the harmonious and generous melody that the artist offers to our eyes and to our souls. »
A professional artist since 1995, Eric Winzenried lives in western France. Passionate about landscapes, both real and imagined, he has made them the heart of his creative work. Over time, his ongoing exploration of color and synthesis has naturally led him to contemporary landscape painting, while maintaining a high standard of quality in his work. His series are resolutely abstract, where contemplation and aesthetics take center stage. For him, landscape is much more than a subject: it is a space of freedom and emotion where color becomes a language. Convinced of the influence of color on the body and mind, he patiently crafts sincere works imbued with harmony, offering a unique visual and emotional experience.
