About this artwork
In this work, I seek to create an immediate emotion by using a bold color agreement and a mysterious light. Oil allows me to work red with finesse and to use its more or less cold modulations to suggest space. This color symbolizes vital energy and passion. Its contrast with the upper part of the painting, whose light is almost nocturnal, makes this modern landscape vibrate. Minimalism and expressionism merge here to evoke the passion of human feelings.…
