The new series of contemporary artworks is a touching tribute to the 20th anniversary of the devastating terrorist attacks that took place in the United States. The limited edition pieces are completely unique, made using original covers of the "San Francisco Chronicle" newspaper with distinctive dates, ranging from the day after the attack to the tragedy's… first anniversary.
The artworks are centered around the idea of conveying the feeling of powerlessness that people experienced during that time, through the gestures of the characters and the accompanying journalistic images. Each piece's title highlights the courage and resilience displayed by the people during the tragedy.
The project's ideology is to remember and honor the events of September 2001 while also reminding us that such tragedies are not necessary to showcase the greatness of humanity.
