About this artwork
I want to transfer the rhythm of nature that continues like repetitive breathing on the screen. This work started from the flow of life that is constantly connected, cracked, and reunited. The bottom of the forest, the gap between moss and roots, and the microscopic movement created by invisible life are connected to each other like a huge net. The lines that fill the canvas are not intended structures, but are traces left by hand movements and accumulation…
of time. During repeated brush strokes, the screen gradually gains density, and I encounter the moment when rules and coincidences coexist in it. The darkness left between the lines is not an empty space, but it is like a breathtaking to prepare for the next movement.
The traces of green and pink that permeated the flow of blue are marks where life has briefly passed and where energy intersects. When viewed closely, the screen is made up of numerous fragments, but it is recognized as an organic field as it moves away.
