About this artwork
Happiness and abundance are not distant; they already exist within us. The artist explores an ideal world and inner happiness through vibrant colors and symbols. In her works, the girl is not merely a figure but a symbol of beauty and freedom, awaiting the realization of happiness embedded within alongside the rich nature under the sea. This reflects the artist's intention to not project a certain image of happiness onto the artwork, allowing the… audience to engage fully with their own interpretations. Through the harmony of the girl and the symbols, Eury conveys the message that the ideal world and happiness we dream of are not far away but are already richly unfolding within our minds. Her work displays a diverse world influenced by her various cultural backgrounds, showcasing a blend of tradition and modernity, East and West.
« "The world we live in is not always beautiful. But we may all possess the dream of being beautiful, still and peaceful. My works reflect what I want to see and feel." »
