About this artwork
A half-hour drive from Rome are beautiful beaches. Light sand, clear seawater, dunes covered with grasses and flowers that prefer dry soil, and there are also trees. There's also a café at the entrance, offering coffee and drinks as well as lunch. Before the summer season, few people come to sunbathe and swim, enjoy the morning sea view, sip their morning coffee, and indulge in "dolcezza."
The beach in my painting is covered with texture, small… stones. On the left side of the canvas, you can see the trunk and branch of a palm tree.
