About this artwork
Work inspired in the action paintings of Hungarian born french artist Simon Hantai. Pliage acrylic painting on a black denim fabric coated with gesso. The fabric is stretched on wooden bars and a paper is protecting its back. The sides are painted with the same pattern. The work was exhibited at the San Diego Art Institute in Balboa Park. No frame is needed.
