Built on a luminous yellow base and veiled in evolving layers of blue, white and peach-toned neutrals, the piece carries both energy and restraint. The composition reveals… subtle transitions, dragged textures, softened edges and quiet interruptions that hint at internal dialogues. The mood is suspended, like the last light of day deciding whether to linger or disappear.
This painting is part of an ongoing exploration in my practice, a recurring concept approached each time with new tones and new questions. “Sunset Said Maybe” is not a definitive answer, but an invitation to stay with the feeling just a little longer.
