About this artwork
I construct a scene where consumption exceeds its limits. The image captures a moment in which desire becomes excess, and control begins to dissolve.
In this work, I explore the threshold between satisfaction and overindulgence — when the act of consuming transforms into something uncontrolled and overwhelming.
The material presence of food becomes almost sculptural, emphasizing texture, weight, and intensity. Through this, I reflect on how desire… can expand beyond necessity, revealing both attraction and discomfort.
