About this artwork
With this work, I have tried to capture the vibrant energy of life in a swirl of colors and forms. The circles symbolize infinite possibilities and connections, while the bold acrylic paints express pure emotion. It brings a dynamic, joyful atmosphere to any room and invites the viewer to lose themselves in this hypnotic dance of colors.
Friedhard Meyer, born in 1940, is an artist experienced in a variety of media, specializing in painting and embarking on adventurous artistic study trips. His stylistic signature is "New Pointillism," a time-consuming and meditative technique in which he outlines dots of color with black paint to enhance their luminosity. Meyer's art reveals a deep meditation on connection, patience, and the transcending power of technique, inviting the viewer to grapple with existential questions and embark on a journey into silence.
