About this artwork
Friedrich Wurm used this picture for a forest edge impression. Earth and water penetrate each other in these pictures, they merge into one another. Earth tones dominate the image and give warmth to the images. Black and white give the images great depth. The viewer can go deep into the forest.
The picture is painted on 600g cardboard with a deckle edge and can also be supplied with a 60x80cm aluminum frame behind glass. (100€ surcharge)
« As long as the sky is still allowed to be green, the paths blue and the fields red, so long will I enjoy painting. »
Friedrich Wurm is a dedicated Austrian painter who has exhibited his work across Europe, the UK and the US. A self-taught artist who developed his own techniques through experimentation, he produces paintings characterized by earthy colours, interesting figures and plenty of imaginative spark. For Wurm, it is important that his images are always exciting.
