About this artwork
In this work I play with the fusion of abstraction and expressionism, garnished with a touch of semi-abstraction. I used acrylic paints, structural paste and gold leaf to create a texture as rich and deep as the emotions it evokes. This painting represents a landscape against an endless expanse that is both calming and stimulating. The gold accents represent the moments of light and hope in our lives.
