About this artwork
"Light Years" is a visual reflection on time and distance.
About that which once shone… and whose light still reaches us.
Like the stars we see in the sky, this work speaks of what is no longer there, but continues to shine from afar. Of affections that remained suspended in memory. Of dreams that traveled beyond the present.
Every stroke, every atmosphere, evokes that silent journey between what we were and what still awaits us.
An inner journey… where time isn't a line, but a spiral. Where the light doesn't fade, it only transforms.
"Light years" is not just an astronomical measurement.
It's a metaphor for the soul: the time it takes for an emotion to reach us, to be understood, to heal... to return.
