People who only walked with you as far as the bend in the road.
And you won't find the light at the end, but the light within you.
You look around.… The landscape is still fractured.
The ashes have not disappeared. The path has not become easier.
But within you there is silence.
And it's like a soft light behind a curtain.
Like the breath of a sleeping house.
Like a whisper: You are here, you have arrived.
