Geneviève Schwartz’s figurative abstract works translate themes of evolution, transformation, abstraction, and deconstruction. This approach allows the French painter to share musicality and rhythm, amplifying the details which are then multiplied and transformed. Transparencies, constructions, leaflets, and telephone directories inspire her creations. Schwartz works using mixed techniques with acrylics, India ink, and pigments on canvas, wood, or plexiglass.
