Had a candid conversation with a very successful businessman and was surprised to learn that, even he, when challenging himself to grow, can feel extremely uncomfortable and needs to fight negative self-talk. When I asked what he does to keep his thoughts from focusing on fears, he said he tells himself to "Buck Up".
