About this artwork
In this watercolor, I have captured the serene power of a landscape in soft, flowing colors. The semi-abstract form leaves room for personal thoughts and feelings, while the interplay of cool and warm tones creates a certain tension. This painting will remind you of meditative moments in nature and invites you to pause and reflect.
The artwork has a frame due to its creation process and a unique format. It measures approximately 16 x 32 centimeters.… Minor variations are possible as the format was cut by me. Framed, it will enchant any watercolor lover.
Gina Stöcklein is a painter, illustrator, and printmaker with a background in art education, who frequently uses watercolor, ink, acrylic, and oil. Her semi-abstract to abstract works play with colors and lines, creating both realistic references and ample room for imagination, without ever prescribing a definitive interpretation. She draws inspiration from light, nature, and emotions, and her works convey poignant sensory impressions that immediately engage the viewer and simultaneously invite contemplation and spontaneous reflection.
