Giorgi Rurua is an artist based in Georgia whose paintings have been exhibited both nationally and in Europe. Giorgi graduated from Academy of fine Art in Tbilisi, Georgia 1983. Since this period of time he actively continues his Art. Works as decorator, mural painter and graphic illustrator of books as well. He considers humanity as being the main inspiration for his artistic works. Rurua's distinctive figurative compositions are created using varying materials such as acrylics, oils, and other mixed media. He often employs with different supports to produce engaging textures and expressions. Mixing controversial materials are also commonly used in his art. Graphic works is one of his main stream to express his Art.
