This 2014 collection reveals a surreal interplay of light, shadow, and vivid pigment. Bekor applies clay to the faces and bodies of his models,… creating a cracked, otherworldly texture. Once dried, he projects abstract, pre‑painted color compositions onto these surfaces, transforming the human form into something almost celestial.
Each piece invites us to look beyond the familiar. These are not traditional portraits but abstractions where light and shadow reshape features into ethereal landscapes, radiating a sense of cosmic wonder.
