About this artwork
That night, an extraordinary dream took me across the border between reality and imagination.
Two waves came together, emanating celestial colors. What struck my soul was the vision at the center of the waves of a human-sized statue of the Holy Virgin Mary, with her hands clasped in prayer.
The statue seemed to cry tears of colors. Drops of dew fell slowly down her stony face, each tear a rainbow of vivid hues. Red, green, blue, orange, all the colors… of the universe blended in perfect harmony.
The statue exuded a feeling of peace and welcome, its colorful tears seemed to contain secret messages and emotions beyond human understanding.
It was a message of hope, of unity among people of every color, race and religion. That dream taught me that even in the darkest moments, the light of divinity can shine through, bringing messages of peace, unity, and universal love.
