About this artwork
The work is from a naturalism cycle. With this cycle of works, we want to represent nature in a different way from the traditional landscape. We want to give the essence of massage, through the emotion of color, and the sign obtained by folding the canvas vertically. Even in abstract art the reference is always nature, since without it there would be no colors either. This is the reason why the definitions and catalogs are sometimes a bit limiting.…
The work represents summer, the yellow of the sun illuminates the sky, the branches and the wildflowers, below there is the earth and further down there is also the water. It definitely represents summer. The measure is vertical and allows an interesting and undemanding placement in the environment that will host it. The base is only 86 cm.
