About this artwork
The work is made in enamel on canvas. The canvas is folded vertically and forms spaces outlined on the red surface. This work is from my classic cycle of monochromes in which I try to enhance every single color in its particularities. The red color vibrates on the surface of the canvas, revealing shadows and reliefs in which the color takes on different shades. An exciting journey into red and its evocative power. Good emotion.
