About this artwork
One of 13 paintings inspired by the CONCEPT of ghosts—not as spirits or hauntings, but as echoes of memory. Ghosts symbolize fleeting moments, forgotten stories, and the imprints we leave behind. Rather than presenting a fixed narrative, the paintings invite you to step into an undefined space where memories take shape in your own imagination. When viewed together, the series becomes an open-ended dialogue—one where you, the viewer, connect the pieces… and uncover your own story.
« I aim to make a completely original and iconic work the sticks to the viewer by demanding their attention and refusing to let go, leaving an indelible mark on their memory. »
I paint to disrupt certainty.
I grew up between two opposing worlds—strict control and complete freedom. I learned early that what we’re told to believe and what actually feels true don’t always match. That tension never left me. My work lives there.
I don’t give answers—I obscure them. Each painting is built to hold tension, giving you just enough to recognize something, but not enough to settle into it. When you stand in front of the work, you’re not just looking—you’re participating. The painting acts as a mirror. What you see says as much about you as it does about the image.
I’m not interested in approval. I’m interested in reaction—what you project, what you recognize, what stays with you.
My paintings are held in private collections across the United States, Europe, South America, and Australia.
This isn’t art that resolves itself. It doesn’t decorate a space. It holds tension.
If you’re looking for something that simply matches your room, this isn’t it.
