A hazy, post-Internet fever dream of a domestic interior. It has that gauzy quality that feels less like a still life and more like a half-remembered childhood memory or a digital glitch caught in a Cuisinart.
The weird bulbous anatomy of the pitcher, it’s clunky and it’s totally alive.
I m not interested in the "correct" way to draw a handle; is about the psychic weight of the object. Look at those green, pinecone-like stalks bursting out—they’re… aggressive yet delicate, like nature trying to colonize a suburban kitchen.
There's a real radical vulnerability in these pastel strokes. It’s messy, it’s humid, and it’s unapologetically sincere. Art doesn't need to be sharp to have a point. It’s a beautiful blurry mess of "here-ness."
