The dazzling colors of blues and pinks give the work all its power, they are placed in such a way as to give all the perspective to the canvas. The artist wanted to transcribe his emotions and the joys of his childhood by creating this seascape. What could be more mysterious than the seabed where the child artist's mind imagines mermaids… with long tails waving amidst fish, turtles and giant flowers. This mermaid that she has transcribed on the canvas seems to have come out of video games and she catches the eye with her big blue eyes and her helmet worthy of a warrior with pink hair. She undulates, guided by her scepter made of metal and light. We are far from the surface of the water and from reality, but the imagination creates dreams.
