About this artwork
The painting Glass of Sparkling Wine is a painting with many meanings.
The work depicts a face that with its shape recalls a glass of sparkling wine. Observing the eyes with their expression I want to communicate on one hand the happiness after drinking a good glass of sparkling wine and on the other hand a veil of sadness for a glass too many.
With this work I want to interpret the meaning of life based on what happens to us and how we interpret… the things that happen to us, it depends on us to find the right balance.
In creating this work, I poured vibrant passions using acrylic to explore the complexity of human expression through a style that mixes cubism, abstraction and geometric figures.
The bright colors and bold shapes invoke a sense of joy and dynamism, stimulating a reflection on the very essence of seeing and feeling.
