About this artwork
I created a small funny painting. The work was inspired by the emotions of the summer i had in the vacation but also a little aboutthe situation in the world around us and i convey different techniques to display it.
I work in acrylic with different mediums.
Before beginning a work, there is often a long process of research and thinking about the theme and the way to make it shown. So i often sketch the scennery before.
My process is immersive… and atmospheric and includes spontaneous elements of painting.
I drow a scenery of a funny summer vacation day. The circus, the freedom, the summer sun, the elements of light entertaining. I decided for a face. The fluent elements in the painting sybolzises the different situations of the day but also in the world now.
So there are two different faces to see. The fun and the creature for the pain.
These are the Elements they found their way into my painting.
Brandl, a former civil servant-turned-painter, sourced inspiration from nature, mythology, and cosmos. Using an array of tools from brushes and spatulas to pouring techniques in acrylic art, he integrates elements like stones into his paintings for effect. His pieces resonate with a profound call for respect of Mother Nature, interwoven with allusions to ancient mythology. His artworks are a poignant meditation on freedom and intellectual liberation.
