About this artwork
In this work I was inspired by the sublime stillness of the evening. Using acrylic paints I used both abstract and impressionistic techniques to capture the fluid fusion of sky and land at sunset. The brushstrokes and color transitions convey a sense of calm and thoughtfulness.
