About this artwork
The image "Community" (print size 34x30 cm, 240g paper) from the "Umbrellas" series was created using the monotype technique and impressively conveys associations with our lives and everyday experiences. Several umbrellas are at the center of the image, appearing not isolated but rather in relation to one another, thus reinforcing the idea of solidarity and mutual protection. The umbrellas symbolize people who come together in a community. They offer…
protection, but also closeness, and evoke everyday situations in which people support each other, for example, in difficult or uncertain moments. At the same time, small gaps and overlapping elements allow for personal freedom and independence.

I work as a painter, draftsman, and printmaker, drawing on a solid foundation of training and ongoing professional development, particularly in acrylics, ink, and printmaking techniques. My technique is characterized by the combination of classical and modern methods, as well as working in series, where I delve deeply into individual themes.
