In The Grease / ’70s I wanted to capture the feeling of retro optimism — the shimmer of cinema lights, the saturation of vinyl covers, the bright chaos of color and pattern from that decade. The geometry acts like a frame and a room at once, shifting between solid form and illusion, while the dotted surfaces echo wallpaper and fabric that feel both familiar and dreamlike. It’s my reconstruction of the ’70s, not as history, but as atmosphere…
