In creating this piece, I layered acrylics, oil pastels, ink, and plaster to evoke a sense of depth and history. Each stroke and texture is a testament to the complexities of our emotions, the past peeking through despite layers of present experiences. My artwork symbolizes resilience, showcasing how we build upon our experiences, each layer as important as the next, creating a beautiful, reflective mosaic of life. Its presence in a home adds a narrative… of perseverance and beauty intertwined.

Artwork has thick texture. Finished with a final layer of protective varnish and all sides are painted satin black so a frame is not necessary. Ships in a custom built wooden crate
