About this artwork
The character that the artist created, King Kool is in a way the anti-King Kong icon of fantasy cinema. If he does not face planes from the top of skyscrapers, he braves and surfs the giant waves of the Pacific in search of extreme sensations. Respected by all, he shows nobility of feeling in his daily life. Based in San Diego County, California, he collects Harley Davidsons and vintage cars, living peacefully on the waves between his home and Oahu.

However, mastering it allows him to tackle diverse and varied themes such as detailed compositions of portraits, crowds, horses, and most recently, uncluttered Californian landscapes. Miaule most often creates with graphite on paper.
