About this artwork
What happens to a series of semicircles fixed to a central axis, but free to move as you wish on this axis? It will be up to you to experience it! I can assure you that you will have a very, very long time before having exhausted the thousands or even tens of thousands of avatars of this sculpture. You only have a dozen photos of the sculpture here.
I can show you others to help you at the beginning, after that you will easily find them on your… own....The variations may not be infinite, but almost!
This sculpture will be available in larger copies, of roughly the same shape but not identical. We can go up to two meters in height for a monumental sculpture. If this interests you, you must tell SINGULART who will forward it for study. You can also request it in color(s). All RAL colors are possible, just ask...

« "With the modularity of my sculptures, the spectator/collector is no longer just "looking". They become actors. I wrote the score, they become my interpreters." »
Jean Paul Boyer’s sculptures have been exhibited throughout his native France, Europe and China. Boyer continuously questions how to work with the air, or the “void”, that surrounds the material of the sculpture. He denies having a style, and allows himself the freedom to delve into all interpretations and techniques. His process starts by fabricating a model with any material he happens to have on hand, then the works evolve using wood, metal, marble, cardboard, etc.
