About this artwork
Rainbow by the sea.
The rainbow is a meteorological and optical phenomenon that occurs when sunlight is refracted, reflected and scattered by water droplets in the atmosphere. This creates a multi-colored spectrum of light in the shape of an arc. The colors of the rainbow appear in the following order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. It is a magnificent natural spectacle and often considered a symbol of hope and luck.
