About this artwork

A work from new series "Time and Space" that represents her individual percepton of the time and space and SpaceTime constant. The whole series and the concept itself is inspired by theoretical physics and the theory of time and space.
The visualisation is inspired by simulation of the universe that scientists created.

Painting is a statement piece that outsands with it's hard edge abstract style and roots in constructivism and minimalism.

Black… and white - monochrome - colorit fits easily in any space or interior, especially modern.
Painting is streched on supporting frame, not framed but comes with a string on the back, ready to hang.

Icelandic painter Jelena Antic's work has been exhibited throughout Serbia, Iceland, and the United States. Antic works in acrylic and sometimes spray paint to create series inspired by subjects ranging from the Icelandic glacial rivers to metaphysics. Antic paints very quickly, so she often works in diptychs so she can continue working on the same idea while the paint of the first work dries. Antic's works are bright, conceptual, and often involve abstract patterns.
