Hidden Deeds deals with powerlessness, inequality, and the feeling of being left alone with an experience.
The work arose from an exploration of situations where protection is unequally distributed: people who are seen, heard, and protected, while others are left alone with their injuries, fears, or experiences. The central figure represents vulnerability and speechlessness, while the surrounding forms and figures allude to forces that exert influence… without being fully visible.
The vibrant colors contrast with the emotional content of the work. Behind the intensity of the colors lies a story of isolation, insecurity, and the desire for protection and recognition.
