This work marks the beginning of an ongoing series. At the foot of a staircase that seems almost unreachable, the figure stands between the familiar and the unknown, between departure and doubt, between stillness and movement.
The staircase becomes a symbol of transition. The focus is not on the destination, but on the moment of decision, that instant when the first step becomes possible.
Each available size… is released as a limited edition of 25 copies. Each edition is personally signed by me and accompanied by a handwritten certificate of authenticity, with the same care that characterizes my entire artistic process.
