Soulmates (Diptych)
In this diptych, I propose a dialogue between the masculine and the feminine, understood as two sides of the same coin. Deep blue and vermillion intertwine to symbolize both the irrational impulse of chaos and the calm achieved through personal growth.
Each of the two works can be appreciated independently, but together they form a more complete vision of the essence of being and the intense emotional experiences that transform… us.
Through Chromanarrativism, I seek to reflect how these opposing forces, far from canceling each other out, complement each other and give meaning to our existence.

Born in Austria in 1971, JOWU transformed his life into a work of art. After restoring an ancient castle, he found refuge and truth in painting. A self-taught artist with a solid background in realism, he developed Chromanarrativism: a style born of isolation, where the order of the Bauhaus merges with the intensity of Neo-expressionism, amplified by the narrative of color.
