About this artwork
This image is a result of various events through studies of Norwegian nature based on object understanding and the organic nature consists of. The goal of the expression is to illustrate the atmosphere taken from deep forest in the inner core where you will feel wonder and understanding of the concept of curiosity.
Joackim Schou Dahle, trained at a renowned Norwegian Art Academy, specializes in painting with a strong foundation in both painting and graphics. His approach masterfully balances abstract expressionism and naturalism, blending organic forms and nature-inspired motifs with deliberate, thoughtful brushstrokes and a profound exploration of color theory. His works evoke a profound sense of introspection, inviting viewers to experience the depth, harmony, and hidden narratives found in the natural world through his personal, ever-evolving visual language.
I usually say that a visual artist's greatest talent is variety and interest in the expression you work with. Repeating yourself is the biggest mistake you can make. That is my starting point for developing as an artist. One of my characteristics is that my pictures have a connection, but they are still different in their expression. Artistry is also a very important part of the work where I study art. quality is the key to success
