About this artwork
This autumn the fields are a kaleidoscope of yellow and orange. I succeed in painting them remembering how brilliant Van Gogh did it. Just now the harvesting has begun, but the sunny weather is fine for my work. Also a postcard of it.
Joern Bjerge is a painter with a background in visual arts education, guided by Dutch professionals and rooted in deep experience with nature. He employs impressionist and neoimpressionist techniques, painting outdoors to capture the fleeting beauty of seascapes, forests, and blossoming gardens. His works radiate hope, joy, and the invigorating power of nature, aiming to rejuvenate the viewer’s spirit and convey trust, love, and the strength found in life’s natural wonders.
