About this artwork
Created in mixed media on board (including, acrylic skins and controlled pours) this painting alludes to the cooling phase of a new planet which has been thrown off a big star. Hurtling through space, the molten elements are re-shaping and a whole new planet is forming . Very complex layers and marks make it an appealing abstract (semi-abstract) aside from the inspiration and back story.
As yet unframed, several options are available for this board… substrate. It will freight to you safely padded and packaged so you can take it locally to have it mounted as a 'cradle-board' or add a fitted frame or floating frame.
All pigments are lightfast and have final layers of UV varnishes.
