About this artwork
It is a work inspired by the energy of nature, especially the spring season, the changing emotional and climatic states, and the flowering and glow of animals and plants, especially flowering. Work that continues the series started in 2017 entitled "Like bees to honey", based on intuition as the engine that generates these paintings where I seek emotion through gesture and form and color celebrating painting as painting, joy of living and the transformation…
of energy as bees do by collecting nectar from flowers and transforming it into honey. This series is inspired by nature and especially by bees and all their philosophy, blooms and seasonal changes. This work is influenced by American Abstract Expressionism both in action painters and those who investigated the fields of color, painters I admire a lot and have as a reference: Joan Mitchell, De Kooning, Rothko, Esteban Vicente, etc.
