Space No. 16, like the rest of the works in this series, entitled Spaces for Desire, presents a complex framework in the foreground (it is not a collage, but a painting) that generates a subtle texture and acts as a visual metaphor that gives the whole its title, attempting to establish an intimate dialogue with the spectator's sensations.
