This sculpture is a joyful celebration of transformation. Using reclaimed metal, I assembled everyday objects into a whimsical and radiant figure. It embodies resilience and creativity, giving new life to discarded materials. Imagine the warm and inspiring energy it brings to your space, inviting you to see beauty and possibilities in the unexpected.
I'm an artist who gives new life to disused objects using the assemblage technique. I'm inspired by the unique identity of each element and how they relate to each other to give meaning to the work. I see a constant urge in the world to throw away and replace objects, and with my works I want to make people reflect on the new life these objects have in the context where I place them. I want the audience to feel the impact of seeing them out of their usual place, with an unexpected function. And at the same time, I want them to perceive the delicacy with which each work is made. That's why in my works, I modify the pieces just enough to fit together, I join them with screws, and I restore them to their original appearance.
