About this artwork
I would like to present the work of my 11-year-old daughter, which she created with my support during the learning process. She originally wanted to draw a landscape but didn't know how to create an abstract one. Step by step, I showed her various spray painting techniques and how to work with a palette knife. Little by little, the mountains, sky, and sea merged into a single symbiosis. The silver moon as the main element shows that this is ultimately… a landscape, albeit an abstract one. We specifically discussed cold colors and shades beforehand, especially blue. Silver lends the work modernity and elegance. Although the work was created by two people, my daughter Monica Tokar still wanted to immortalize it with her signature to immortalize it in history.
« An artist has to bring positivity with their creations and make someone happier in this world. »
Iuliia Tokar is an artist based in Austria whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. In addition, her art has been featured in publications such as CULTURAL NETWORKING, etc. Through her pieces, Tokar invites viewers into a dialogue, encouraging fantasy. Fusing the figurative with abstraction, her bold compositions are most often created with acrylics and oils on canvas.
