Der Atem II / Ausatmen
Ich atme also bin ich. Mit dem Ausatmen entsteht eine malerische Bewegung auf der Leinwand, die so schnell mit dem Pinsel aufgetragen wird, dass der Verstand aus dem Weg treten muss.
Es bleibt keine Zeit für einen Gedanken. Das ist pure Natur.
Ich selbst trete innerlich zur Seite und lasse das Leben durch mich hindurch fließen.
Dasselbe geschieht beim Einatmen. So führe ich es immer und immer wieder fort, einatmen, ausatmen… und die Kreativität bricht sich durch mich auf der Leinwand Bahn.
Das ist Malen mit der ursprünglichen Lebensenergie – ein Bild pro Atemzug.
Es ist Naturmalerei mit der Kraft des Augenblicks. Genieß es und atme das Leben!
