About this artwork
In this artwork, two dogs approach us. The Labrador seems content and brings a stick to play with; its tail wags in joy. The other, smaller dog arrives with a mischievous look. A sign forbids dogs from urinating, but they ignore it. Despite the prohibition, they cannot fight their natural instincts, and one urinates on the sign. Lives and works in Cannes, Alpes-Maritimes, France.
I started with music and music composition at the age of 17. I composed various styles of electronic music, ranging from trip hop and drum and bass to rock, pop, electro-break, and even film scores. Like a conductor, for each piece, I created the sound and the part for each instrument.
I have dedicated myself to painting for about ten years, and it is through line, black on white, that I began to create my universe. In addition to the graphic parallel between writing a musical score and my pictorial creations, I have worked on the "body" as a territory, a playful or dreamlike journey.
Since 2017 I have dedicated myself to colour in a contrasting and colourful universe where characters, animals and situations deal with current themes and issues…
