About this artwork
Bathed in soft amber and dusty rose tones, this peony seems to glow from within, unfolding gently against the deep black background. The petals are painted with a tender sensitivity, capturing not only the form but the emotion of the bloom — as if it’s exhaling a warm, fragrant whisper into the stillness.
This painting is part of the "Peony Echo" series, a collection of four floral portraits that explore light, texture, and intimacy. Each canvas… stands beautifully on its own but can also be combined with the others for a harmonious floral statement.
Collectors may purchase individual works or request the full set at a 20% discounted price by contacting the artist directly.
I am an artist passionate about realism and hyperrealism, specializing in oil painting. My work is defined by striking contrasts—vivid subjects against deep, almost black backgrounds, enhancing their presence. Flowers are my greatest inspiration; I grow them, dream of a future garden, and capture their floating beauty on canvas. Emotion is another driving force in my art—I explore passion, energy, and the raw intensity of human experience.
Though I've drawn since childhood, my artistic journey truly began in 2015 through independent study. Living in a small Italian town, I learned through online courses and masterclasses, constantly refining my technique. My work has been exhibited in Italy and Switzerland, and I am now preparing solo shows in Castelleone, Crema, and Cremona.
Art, for me, is about feeling. I want my viewers to experience something visceral—whether peace, desire, or inspiration. My paintings are not just images; they are emotions brought to life.
